Who processes your information

Relevant preschool staff can access website enquiries. We use service providers to host our website and deliver enquiry messages:

• GoDaddy hosts our website.

• Brevo sends website enquiry emails to our preschool inbox. It processes the recipient address and message content, which includes the information submitted in your enquiry.

• Google provides our preschool email inbox, where we receive and respond to enquiries.

Our website uses FluentSMTP to connect to Brevo and record outgoing emails. These website email logs are set to be deleted after 14 days.

The website’s Brevo connection does not grant access to our preschool Gmail inbox. Visitors do not need a Google or Brevo account to submit an enquiry.

Our providers may process personal information outside the UK. You can contact us for further information about the locations and safeguards relevant to your information.

Information we collect

Our website provides information about our preschool and allows visitors to send enquiries. We collect the name, email address, telephone number and message you provide through the enquiry form.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and arrange visits. Please avoid including sensitive information about children.

Enquiries may be stored in our website systems, email inbox and email delivery service. We keep enquiry records for no longer than six months.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use website analytics or advertising tracking.

Our website may use essential cookies where needed for features such as administrator sign-in or security.
