Allergy Awareness

Our main goal at Kids2Day is to keep our customers safe and we are legally responsible under Natasha’s Law to be aware of the ingredients that are within our premises. For this reason we do not allow people to bring their own food in with them as this can introduce allergens that may have a medical impact on other customers. We have a variety of food available from our cafe and a range of options for those with dietary requirements. Thank you for your cooperation.

Health & Safety

Socks must be worn at all times by both adults and children. Socks are available to buy from reception so don’t worry if you forget.

Children wearing an orthopaedic cast or a cast brace are not permitted to use the play equipment.

We recommend children wear long sleeves and long trousers or tights.

Parents/ guardians must supervise children playing at all times.

For the safety of the children, pregnant women and vulnerable adults, if a child vomits or is deemed to be ‘unwell’ they will be asked to leave in an effort to prevent spreading any infection.

Bringing your own food and drink from home is not permitted.
