A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at time of booking with the balance due on the party date. Card Payments only. (We do not accept American Express).
Provisional bookings will only be held open for 1 week.

For safety reasons we require 1 adult (Over 18yrs) to be present for every 5 children.

Our party rooms are not wheelchair accessible. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that all parents who leave their children at the party leave their name, emergency contact number and the name of the person collecting their child in our Emergency Contact Folder. Parents/Guardians will be asked to confirm their name and the name of the child that they are collecting when they return.

Please telephone and confirm your food choices & final numbers 10 DAYS before the party.

Party food will be plated for each child, not in a buffet style. 

You will be required to pay for children not attending the party if we have not been previously informed.

The party host on the day of the party will make their recommendation as to what time the children should stop playing and go up to the party room for food to give them adequate time to eat. 

Please inform us of any children attending with food allergies please ask any parent of children with severe food allergies to contact us directly & we will be happy to discuss their personal requirements. We recommend that a parent or guardian of children with severe allergies stay for the duration of the party.

You are not permitted to bring any of your own food, however, we are happy to discuss any specific requirements.

There is a CD player in the Party Room. You are welcome to bring your own CD or connect with an AUX cable.

Please inform us of any children attending who carry medication. Staff are not permitted to administer any creams or medication, whatsoever, including Epipens.

We provide a Party Host for each individual party but the children will always remain the responsibility of the parents.

We do not provide a Birthday cake however you are welcome to bring your own. If you wish to have your cake cut and wrapped, please provide napkins or suitable containers. Under the guidelines of ‘Natasha’s law’ the party parent must provide ingredients and allergen information for the birthday cake. While we are able to assist with cutting the cake we cannot wrap it for you. 

You are welcome to bring candles for the birthday cake but no sparklers or roman candles are permitted in the party rooms. 

All children must wear socks & suitable clothing (we recommend that you bring a couple of spare pairs as new socks will be charged at £1.25 per pair).

Only children age 12 and under will be able to be included in the party numbers as children above this age are not insured to play in our structures. Any siblings who are not included in the party are welcome to come in and play but must be 12 or under and will need to be paid for at reception. 

We will only be able to take card payments.
