Meet the Team

Our passionate and dedicated team are at the heart of what makes Kids2Day Preschool so special. Every member of our preschool team is Paediatric First Aid trained, and we are also supported by members of our on-site soft play management team who hold the necessary training and checks to lend a helping hand when needed.

Linzy - Pre-school Manager

Linzy has around 10 years of experience in early years and is passionate about helping children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning. She enjoys every opportunity to get involved in children’s play, whether that’s messy activities, imaginative role play, singing or dancing. Outside of Kids2Day, Linzy is a keen supporter of Cancer Research UK, regularly taking part in fundraising events, including Relay for Life each year.

Courtney - Deputy Manager

Courtney began her early years career as an apprentice in 2017 and has since worked her way up to Deputy Manager. She is passionate about helping children grow in confidence and loves seeing them flourish from their first days at preschool through to moving on to school. Courtney enjoys getting involved in messy play and supporting children to develop important independence and self care skills. Outside of Kids2Day, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, having BBQs and spending time in the garden. 

Sue - Practitioner

Sue brings over 25 years of experience in early years, having worked in preschools, nurseries and as a childminder. She is passionate about helping children develop confidence and independence and loves getting involved in messy play and creative activities. Outside of work, Sue enjoys camping, rallies and spending weekends embracing her love of all things pirate and retro!

Katie - Practioner

Katie has worked in early years for almost four years and loves supporting children as they grow in confidence and achieve their goals. She especially enjoys getting involved in messy play, making gloop, splashing in water play during the summer and exploring new places on preschool outings. Outside of preschool, Katie has a degree in Dance and Choreography and has many years of experience in competitive dance and cheerleading. She now enjoys sharing her passion by teaching dance in her spare time.

SENCO

Linzy is our setting SENCO (special educational needs coordinator). Her role is to identify and support the children that attend our setting who have special educational needs and work in partnership with staff, families and outside agencies to facilitate the additional support required for child to grow and flourish in their own individual way. 

DSL

Courtney is our DSL (designated safeguarding lead). Within this role she oversees the safety and welfare of the whole setting, whether that be the children, their families or the staff. Courtney is the point of contact for any concerns and the reporting of these concerns regarding safeguarding.
