Our party bags are not sealed so you may add to the contents if you wish. Contents of party bags may differ & age suitability is an approximation only.

Our Donut Wall is the perfect party extra! A colourful display of delicious donuts that will delight both kids and adults alike.
Choose from having the number of donuts for the people attending the party for £1.50 per donut.

£50 deposit taken at the time of booking is non-refundable and will be deducted off of your total balance.
While your party package comes with a designated party host, they are not responsible for the children attending the party and therefore a ratio of 1 adult (over the age of 18) for every 5 children must be present. If a child is being left at the party the parent/ guardian must leave emergency contact details.
Final numbers must be sent over to us 10 days before the party. These can be amended up until the day before the party but no later than this. If a child does not attend and we are not made away by the day prior to the party they will still be charged for. Additions can be made on the day of the party at our discretion. If party numbers are below the minimum of 12, you will still be charged for 12 children.
We are a cashless venue so final payment must be made by card and made before going up to your party room. We do not take American Express.
If there is a child attending the party with any allergies, their parent must contact us directly to discuss food choices.
Only children aged 12 and under can attend the party and are permitted to play within the play frames.
The whole of the downstairs of the building is wheelchair accessible, however, our party rooms are situated upstairs and these are not accessible.
You are welcome to bring a cake but in order to abide with Natasha’s Law a full list of ingredients must be provided and while we are able to cut the cake we cannot wrap it. If you are bringing candles please ensure these are single flame candles and not roman candles or sparklers as this will set off our fire alarm.
No other food other than a birthday cake can be brought into the venue.
All children attending the party must wear a wristband provided on arrival.
Only children invited to the party are permitted to eat in the party rooms.
Once your party is called up to the party room, all belongings must be taken up with you.
A booking fee will be taken at the time of booking in addition to your £50 deposit.
